1. Shipping Methods

We fulfill orders through our international partner warehouses located in the EU and United States. We offer the following shipping methods for domestic and international orders:

Standard International Shipping

Estimated delivery within 5-14 business days worldwide from our EU/US warehouses. This is our default shipping method for all orders.

Free Standard Shipping

Orders over $50 USD qualify for free standard international shipping to all destinations worldwide.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and current carrier rates. All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules or customs processing.

2. Processing and Cancellation Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipping within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that once your order is processed for shipping with a tracking number, we are unable to cancel your order.

You can request order cancellation within 6 hours after the order was placed by contacting us immediately via email at info@streetblitzo.com or phone at +90 501 578 80 54. After this window, orders enter our fulfillment system and cannot be cancelled.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated in USD based on the following factors:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Destination country and region
  • Selected shipping method
  • Current international carrier rates

The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before final payment confirmation. Orders over $50 USD automatically qualify for free standard shipping worldwide.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships from our EU or US warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24-48 hours. Use the provided carrier-specific tracking link to monitor your package status in real-time throughout delivery.

5. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders (including shipments to Turkey), please note the following:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and VAT imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance processes
  • Import fees vary by country and are calculated by local customs authorities
  • Packages may be held at customs pending payment of applicable duties

Streetblitzo is a Turkey-based company, but orders ship from international fulfillment centers. Turkish customers should expect delivery within 5-10 business days with possible customs processing.

6. Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at info@streetblitzo.com. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
  • Carrier delays beyond our control
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events

7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update our shipping policy at any time to reflect changes in carrier rates, shipping methods, or operational procedures. Any changes to our shipping policy will be communicated on our website with an updated effective date.
